Agustín has been part of Odoo’s Support team for the past two years, working closely with customers via tickets and chat conversations. He has been a member of the Live Chat team and now also takes part in Odoo’s new Live Support service, using the latest features of the Live Chat app on a daily basis.

In this talk, Agustín will share tips and everyday examples on how to handle conversations efficiently using some of the app’s latest improvements, like message translation, the info side panel, the ongoing conversations dashboard, and conversation escalation.
