inoïa est une coopérative belge de passionnés en informatique de gestion née de la volonté d'approcher les implémentations d'Odoo avec une dimension humaine forte: être proche et convivial, inciter au dialogue, s'impliquer dans les enjeux de l'organisation. L'objectif est d'en amplifier l'impact, de permettre un alignement du système aux objectifs de l'organisation et d'éviter les pièges traditionnels des déploiements ERP.

Organiser les projets en fonction de la valeur ajoutée qu'Odoo peut apporter et la maturité des processus.

Rendre les utilisateurs le plus autonomes possibles. Prendre le temps de bien accompagner le changement.

Eviter le piège du déploiement trop rapide de fonctionnalités ou de développements spécifiques.

Notre expérience

Notre équipe est composée de consultants Odoo expérimentés, qui ont tous plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans l'implémentation d'Odoo ou des ERP. Nous combinons une compréhension de métiers très divers: processus logistiques, manufacturiers, règles de traçabilité et de contrôle qualité (alimentaire, bio-pharmaceutique), gestion des services (planning, gestion des tournées, suivi de prestations), gestion des ventes en ligne, processus et législations comptables en Europe de l'Ouest et Amérique du Nord. Un de nos membres a aussi participé à la conception du logiciel.

Au travers des projets d'évolution numérique, nous voulons permettre aux organisations de s'adapter aux défis sociétaux. Nous sommes fiers d'en accompagner de nombreuses qui en font leur mantra. Pour cela, nous avons acquis des compétences dans les thématiques de l'économie circulaire, des rapports extra-financiers (CSRD, VSME, comptabilité carbone intégrée) et de la gouvernance participative. Nous sommes en relation avec des agences environnementales pour proposer des services combinés d'exploitation des données ERP pour mesurer les effets des politiques de transition.

We worked with a cooperative brewery in Liège to analyse the added value of Odoo for their business. We decided to use Odoo to manage sales, accounting, stock and production (including needs analysis and planning in relation to sales forecasts).
The main challenge was to resolve the administrative delays associated with using Excel with limited resources and time. We had to manage quite a lot of change in order to get the most out of the standard version of Odoo (with the use of integrated spreadsheets in particular).
We presented the functionalities deployed during Odoo Expérience.

Certinergie is an energy certification organization with more than 150 people. They wanted a new accounting system connected to their customer database, as well as integrated tools to manage people (recruitment, assessment, time off, vehicles, etc). After a short ROI analysis, Frédéric helped the company implement those tools in a few days. We then started to test a fully-integrated service sales flow for a few departments (order, planning, onsite action, invoicing), starting from the most standard cases to the most specific. Certinergie is the good example of what can be done with planning & field service apps. They have on boarded more than 25 users so far.

DNP Concept is gespecialiseerd in de installatie en renovatie van elektrische circuits, evenals de installatie van zonnepanelen en ventilatiesystemen. Ferme Nos Pilifs is a fantastic Brussels-based agricultural cooperative that is heavily involved in various areas related to nature and food: eco-friendly gardening, parks and gardens, carpentry, biscuit making, organic grocery store, café, educational farm, etc. It employs more than 150 people. inoïa is helping the cooperative to modernize and harmonize its sales and management practices. This is a project that is very close to our hearts and has mobilized our entire team. Given the wide variety of activities, an analysis was carried out to clearly define the added value sought and the priorities. The challenge is to provide a cross-functional framework (accounting, personnel management) while helping specific departments with their own issues (e-commerce, POS, quotes and invoicing, production and logistics) while remaining within the Odoo standard.

The RESSOURCES Federation represents social and circular enterprises in the goods and materials reuse sector in Wallonia and Brussels.

It initiated the Soors cooperative project, which aims to provide members with an Odoo solution that manages their specific needs (collection rounds, sorting and traceability of materials, sale of reconditioned items, etc.). inoïa assists the Soors team with needs analysis and defining the most standard solutions possible, ensuring the development of specific functionalities as well as advanced environment maintenance tasks (upgrades, etc.).

Horizon gives you the freedom to travel and sleep wherever you are. Delphine wanted to streamline the process of renting her tents and replace Excel/standalone rental app/lots of manual actions. She tested Odoo a few years ago but was not convinced. Then, came Fred and the Rental app he designed when he was a product owner at Odoo :-) in a few hours, we helped Delphine and her team build a brand new website with Odoo and configure the backend sales flow.

La Source is a local sawmill that works on an artisanal scale with locally felled wood. For every piece purchased, you can trace the forest where the wood was cut!

Due to highly specific requirements, the sawmill adopted a hybrid approach combining Odoo and an external calculator for technical data. The sawmill takes advantage of various automations to simplify workflows and measure wood drying time
