I'm working on a private sell website. I would like to allow registred users only. I would like to hide some menu items from the navigation bar when a user isn't logged. How can I do that?

Have you seen https://www.odoo.com/apps/modules/8.0/website_menu_by_user_status/ ?
The module manages the display of website menu entries, depending on a user being logged in or not. The display status of a specific menu can be set to show either when users are logged in or at all times.
