Join us as a Junior Account Manager and play a key role in building and representing long-term commercial relationships with our clients!

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of SMEs clients across multiple industries within the Italian market, acting as their main point of contact. You will support them throughout their journey, understand their evolving needs, and help them get the most value from our solutions.

This position focuses on developing long-term relationships, where trust, continuity, and customer understanding are essential to success. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact by strengthening client relationships and contributing directly to customer growth and retention.

The Junior Account Manager acts as a trusted advisor, ensuring sustainable partnerships and long-term customer satisfaction.


Your job

Responsibilities

  • Develop the relationship and grow the contract - Manage a portfolio of existing clients in Italy
  • Act as the main liaison between clients and Odoo’s internal Business Analysts, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and their translation into effective solutions
  • Increase customers’ adoption of Odoo by supporting existing clients, showcasing new apps, features, and updates, and proactively identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities aligned with their ongoing needs and processes
  • Negotiate contract renewals, from monthly to multi-year subscriptions


Requirements

  • Up to 1 year of experience as a Sales Account or Sales Consultant
  • Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1)
  • Strong relational, communication and negotiation skills
  • Project Management ability - Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables
  • Stakeholders management - Nurturing relationships with our clients

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in IT Sales field
  • Technical Curiosity – Genuine interest in understanding how our software product and IT solutions work
  • Active Listening – Ability to capture both the technical and business needs expressed by prospects
