Juist het automatiseren van de processen (ofwel Optimalisatie) geeft ons het gevoel meerwaarde mee te kunnen geven aan ons werk. Het is voor ons optimaal als ons werk zichzelf terugbetaalt. Meestal wegen we de kosten dan ook al af tegen de baten bij het eerste gesprek. Handelingen die een medewerker meermaals per dag verricht kunnen vaak geautomatiseerd worden. The Challenge
As a growing ERP and software services provider, HAK Technologies manages a wide range of internal operations — from project-based sales and vendor sourcing to product stock, service delivery, and financial management. Relying on spreadsheets and disconnected tools was inefficient, error-prone, and hard to scale.
The Solution – Using Odoo In-House
To walk the talk and run operations the smart way, HAK Technologies implemented Odoo ERP for its own internal workflows. The goal was to centralize data, automate repetitive tasks, and maintain full control over sales, procurement, inventory, and finances — all from a single dashboard.

HAK Technologies’ main website is powered by Odoo’s Website module — allowing seamless content management, service listings, lead capture, and client engagement.
✅ Sales
Quotation management, service contracts, and B2B deal tracking are handled through Odoo Sales — with automated invoicing and CRM integration.
✅ Purchase
Vendor selection, purchase requests, and supplier invoices are streamlined through the Purchase module, with full traceability and approval workflows.
✅ Inventory
HAK manages its product stock (e.g., demo hardware, devices, merchandise) using Odoo Inventory with real-time tracking, batch control, and stock movement history.
✅ Accounting
All financials — from client invoicing and expense tracking to tax filings and profit analysis — are fully automated using Odoo Accounting.
