Met Odoo Boekhouding kan Mente Holding efficiënt factureren door vaste tarieven en urenregistratie te combineren, terwijl het grootboekschema en de BTW-aangifte volgens Nederlandse regelgeving volledig ondersteund worden. Het biedt daarnaast direct inzicht per klant en een bankkoppeling voor snelle afstemming van betalingen.
De Documenten App zorgt voor een centraal digitaal archief, waarbij facturen en documenten automatisch herkend (OCR) en gekoppeld worden aan de boekhouding. Dit verhoogt transparantie, vereenvoudigt compliance en maakt samenwerken makkelijker doordat alle betrokkenen veilig toegang hebben.
