Voor W‑Realize implementeerden wij een Odoo-oplossing die hun projectmatige werking optimaal ondersteunt. We integreerden de modules Verkoop, Facturatie, Projecten en Urenstaten, zodat offertes, uitvoering en opvolging perfect op elkaar aansluiten. Dankzij de projectmodule kunnen ze per klant of werf nauwkeurig plannen en prestaties registreren. De koppeling met urenregistratie maakt een transparante en accurate facturatie mogelijk, rechtstreeks vanuit het systeem. Nous avons mis en place une solution Odoo qui comprend un site web intuitif pour la prise de rendez-vous en ligne, et un outil de gestion de projet performant qui automatise la création de rapports clients. Ces fonctionnalités permettent à We Architecture de se concentrer sur l'essentiel : l'accompagnement de leurs clients dans leurs projets architecturaux. Odoo a permis de rationaliser les processus, de réduire les coûts et d'améliorer l'efficacité globale, offrant ainsi une valeur ajoutée significative aux clients de We Architecture. WG-Renovaties is gespecialiseerd in totaalrenovaties, van interieur- en exterieurwerken tot maatwerkoplossingen voor particuliere en zakelijke klanten. Met een focus op kwaliteit en vakmanschap streeft het bedrijf naar duurzame en stijlvolle afwerkingen.Om de administratie en projectopvolging te optimaliseren, implementeerde WG-Renovaties Odoo, met ondersteuning van Evato. Dit veelzijdige ERP-systeem stroomlijnt offertes, facturatie, planning en voorraadbeheer, waardoor de dagelijkse werking efficiënter en overzichtelijker wordt.
Evato zorgde voor een naadloze implementatie, afgestemd op de specifieke behoeften van WG-Renovaties. Dankzij hun expertise werden processen geautomatiseerd en administratie vereenvoudigd, wat de operationele efficiëntie aanzienlijk verhoogde.

De Wijnfaktorij is een wijnproducent met een winkel gelegen in het hartje van Antwerpen, die hun eigen wijn produceert in België met duurzaamheid als kernwaarde, zonder gebruik van herbiciden of insecticiden. Omni Tech Solutions ondersteunt De Wijnfaktorij bij hun digitalisering door het volledig integreren van hun kassasysteem met hun voorraadbeheer en boekhouding. Daarnaast is er een geheel nieuwe website en webshop ontwikkeld. Ook zijn er functionaliteiten toegevoegd om de prestaties van sociale media-campagnes voor De Wijnfaktorij te volgen. Dit stelt De Wijnfaktorij in staat om nauwkeurig te zien welke campagnes daadwerkelijk tot verkoop leiden en welke niet, waardoor ze hun ROI voor marketingcampagnes optimaal kunnen beheren.
