I have an Odoo.sh project with a valid license, and I have also purchased 1 staging branch for the project.

However, when I open the staging environment, I see these messages:

• “This database is a temporary Odoo.sh staging environment. It will be automatically deleted…”

Since the staging branch is a paid add-on, I expected it to behave more like a persistent testing environment rather than a temporary neutralized database.

I would like to clarify:

1. Is this the expected behavior even for a paid staging branch?
2. Does purchasing a staging branch only provide the environment, while the database remains neutralized by design?
3. Is the automatic deletion warning normal for paid staging branches?
4. Are staging databases backed up, or should they always be considered temporary?
5. Is there any way to make the staging environment persistent/non-neutralized for full testing?

I want to confirm whether this is normal Odoo.sh behavior or if there is a configuration/license issue on my project.
