Hi guys, i want to ask if Odoo Enterprise for 480€ / 5 User Price is still there for the previous Version? Or is it gone forever?

It's gone forever, but existing customers will have an price addon of 7% only. See  https://www.odoo.com/forum/help-1/question/odoo-11-enterprise-price-increase-5x-124976

I think you can still work around it before the first of january 2018. That is when the new prices should become officially active. So I believe that through a partner you can still get the old prices for a short period.
