To remove unwanted and unused modules in Odoo, go to the "Apps" menu in the User Interface, search for the module, uninstall it if it's installed, then switch to "Tree View," select the modules, click "Action," and choose "Delete". Next, delete the module from your custom addon folder where it's located, whether it's in the addons directory or elsewhere. After removing the module, update the apps list to reflect the changes. You can do this by clicking on the "Update Apps List" button. This ensures the modules are completely removed from your Odoo instance.
