Deactivating the 'rainbow' man achievement when you have read all notifications or inbox is empty

Question

I am looking for a back-end solution to deactivating the 'rainbow' man
achievement when you have read all notifications or inbox is empty. It
looks unprofessional, and definitely does not go well with the great
aesthetics of current Odoo. Whoever accepted that feature was definitely
not thinking straight.
There is a paying module to deactivate it but
hopefully Odoo had the common sense to add a check box to deactivate it
somewhere, right?

Any idea where?

You can disable the tours, if you don't wanna see them, or if it seems annoying. Head on to settings and activate the developer mode. Then click on the "Bug" icon on top of the page and select "Disable tours". No more further headaches with tour stuff.

Thanks Kevin, i'll upvote your answer, but it only partially solves the problem. In my instance, I have an ADMIN user and lower level employee with less rights. ADMIN can disable the tour as you advised. Lower level employee cannot because he doesn't have access to web_tour.tour via his rights...
How can he gain access to web_tour.tour without changing any other user rights?
