How can I modify the loyalty points used by a customer?
With the available option, the points are used in full.

could you please specify your statements a little more precisely?
In Odoo Standard, normally only as many points are deducted from the customer as specified in the Reward Option (see PoS Configuration -> Loyalty Programme -> Discount & Loyalty -> select specific Loyalty Programme -> tab ‘Rule & Rewards -> Rewards).
