I'm trying to setup Database for the same company but their Department are total different one is electronics stop and the other is cafeteria stop

If both businesses belong to the same legal company, you usually do not need separate databases.
For an electronics shop and a cafeteria, you can use the same Odoo database and separate them by:
different Point of Sale shops/sessions
different warehouses or locations
different product categories
different journals/accounts
different departments
different access rights for users
Create a separate company only if they have different legal entities, tax IDs, accounting books, or need separate financial statements.
So if it is the same company but different departments/business units, keep one database and configure separate POS, inventory locations, products, and accounting journals.
