As a Dutch company we want to track the costs and sales per employee using analytical accounting.

Payroll entry
If I register the entry (for example 10.000 for wages) I can only divide the analytical accounts using percentages.

If my employee earns 2.452,98 I have to manually calculcate the exact percentage. This is also not accurate because the percentages are only up to 2 decimals.

As an alternative I have to create a line for wages for each employee, this is a lot more work.
I also tried to import the payroll file but that didn't work out. 
Anyone got experience with this or has a solution? 

Sales
When timesheet hours for an employee are billed, I want to track the sales for my employees. How can I configure that the sales line are automatically filled with the anlytical account for the employees?

Anyone got tips on these subjects. I'm sure more companies want to track the costs and sales of their employees.
