For some reason PostgreSQL listings on port 5433 on my server, but odoo server try to connect on port 5432 (default in the psycopg2).
I am not able to change the PostgreSQL port, since it is used for anther service, any suggestion please?

You can change the port Odoo uses.
You edit settings in /etc/odoo.conf and set:
db_port = 5433

my system is WSL (Ubuntu for windows 10)
I am not sure if there is such a path or file
?
Sorry, my small mistake. You find in /etc/odoo/odoo.conf.
If not exist look for the odoo.conf file in other locations. Somewhere must be.
