Badjawe Brasserie Coopérative SC-ES
We worked with a cooperative brewery in Liège to analyse the added value of Odoo for their business. We decided to use Odoo to manage sales, accounting, stock and production (including needs analysis and planning in relation to sales forecasts).
The main challenge was to resolve the administrative delays associated with using Excel with limited resources and time. We had to manage quite a lot of change in order to get the most out of the standard version of Odoo (with the use of integrated spreadsheets in particular).

Beaulieu Technical Textiles
Geotextielprojecten vereisen duurzaamheid en technische performantie, vaak ondersteund door strenge milieu-eisen en EPD’s. BTT Tech, onderdeel van de internationale Beaulieu-groep, wilde CRM, verkoop en bezoekersregistratie stroomlijnen en bereidt zich voor op Peppol-integratie. Met Odoo kregen ze een modulaire en schaalbare oplossing die naadloos aansluit bij hun complexe internationale context.Resultaat: efficiëntere commerciële processen en een digitale basis die hun duurzaamheidsambities ondersteunt.

Belga Solar est une fabricant et installateur belge de panneaux solaires et offre des solutions énergétiques complètes. Nous travaillons avec leurs équipes pour digitaliser l’ensemble de leur flux via l’implémentation de Odoo. Belgo-Prism est une société active dans la production de jouets et cosmétiques pour adultes.
Afin de pérenniser son activité, la société a choisi de remplacer son système de gestion des ventes et achats (Logistics) par Odoo et d’y intégrer la gestion de stock et de la production.
En utilisant les modules standard d'Odoo ainsi que des développements sur mesure clairement définis, nous avons automatisé plusieurs activités critiques et chronophages, telles que la planification de la production et la préparation des commandes.
Comme souvent, l’adoption constituait le challenge principal de cette implémentation.
Grâce à une étroite collaboration avec les équipes Belgo et une présence sur site régulière, nous avons pu étendre progressivement l’utilisation d’Odoo sur le terrain.

De Kemphaan is een maatwerkbedrijf dat mensen met een arbeidsbeperking tewerkstelt in de productie van textiel, confectie en stalenboeken.Het project omvat een volledige ERP implementatie van A tot Z, gebruik makend van de modules CRM, Verkoop, Voorraad, Boekhouding, Productie, Aankoop en Rapportering.

Bestowin

Challenge: Bestowin was operating with a fragmented software landscape consisting of Excel, Pipedrive and Zendesk. This resulted in disjointed data, a lack of insight into real production margins, and critical difficulties in tracking material batches (coils) required for safety certifications.
The Digifiers Solution: Digifiers replaced these isolated tools with a unified Odoo Enterprise environment. The core of the solution was a complex API integration linking Bestowin’s proprietary "Calculator" directly to Odoo. Now, complex product definitions and Bills of Materials (BOMs) are generated automatically in Odoo based on technical calculations. The scope included Sales, CRM, Inventory, MRP (Manufacturing), Project, and Accounting.
Value Delivered: By adopting Digifiers' MVP-first approach, Bestowin is moving quickly from manual spreadsheets to a fully traceable production flow. Key results include:
End-to-end Traceability: Full tracking of supplier coils to finished products.
