I have configured an email template (for invoice class) and I have created the action button to send invoice directly with my new template by mail. I've insert an attachment, too. If I send an email to myself and I try to read the attachment, the pdf is corrupted.
Where i can found the problem?

No experience with these things yet, but can you create the document using a script or so, so it will stay on the server? Then download it from the server, to make sure the email isn't the issue.
The report I attach to email is the some I use as normal invoice report. It work fine.
we've got same problem with, odt attachments , it seems that openerp send email with raw data attached
maybe this https://bugs.launchpad.net/openobject-addons/+bug/1122155 ?
i have got same issue, can't open pdf.
