hi . The installled postgresql database is not started in windows xp (64). Through services i just start it . but the error message shows is "could n't start databse on your local computer error 193:oxc1"... the openerp v7.0 is installed on the system. & postgresql 9.2.

Make sure the service is running. If so, try to connect manually to the database (search on internet how to connect, don't know it myself). If you can connect manually, try using openERP to connect. If you get the same error, somehow the openERP user does not have (sufficient) access rights to the database.
Postgresql is not running. I cant start it from the service.
