Hello everyone!


I'd love to integrate our PAX payment terminals with Odoo Web, is there a way to do it?

I didn't find it in the settings, and the modules I've found online seem to be only for the on-premises version.


Is there any trick or workaround as far as you know?

Hello, I hope you are doing well

PAX terminals can't directly connect to Odoo SaaS - they need local network access.
Options:
  1. IoT Box (Enterprise only) - bridges local PAX terminal to cloud Odoo
  2. PAX Payment Gateway - use their cloud API instead of direct terminal connection
  3. Self-host Odoo - then use existing PAX modules from app store

  Note: Without IoT Box or self-hosting, direct PAX integration with Odoo Web isn't possible.
