Hello,
I have an Odoo.sh project with a valid license, and I have also purchased 1 staging branch for the project.
However, when I open the staging environment, I see these messages:
- “This database is a temporary Odoo.sh staging environment. It will be automatically deleted…”
Since the staging branch is a paid add-on, I expected it to behave more like a persistent testing environment rather than a temporary neutralized database.
I would like to clarify:
- Is this the expected behavior even for a paid staging branch?
- Does purchasing a staging branch only provide the environment, while the database remains neutralized by design?
- Is the automatic deletion warning normal for paid staging branches?
- Are staging databases backed up, or should they always be considered temporary?
- Is there any way to make the staging environment persistent/non-neutralized for full testing?
I want to confirm whether this is normal Odoo.sh behavior or if there is a configuration/license issue on my project.
Thanks.
