Can someone provide me the file template for import BOM in Odoo 11 ?
I test the export but I don't know if the file structure generated is enough.

Hi,
Best way to export the template. But here, Good news is, Version 12 improved bit and now you can download sample import template. (to do, go to runbot.com and connect with either saas 11.5 or master, then go to bill of material import screen where you found sample template)

The way you have done is the proper way. Just export a BOM with the fields you need. Now you will have the sample structure in your hand.
