How can I change the displayed name in the chatbox, instead of name I want to display the custom field nickname I created in odoo 10? The nickname of I am Administrator is admin so I want that the admin will be displayed instead of I am Administrator
You can find the module "ehcs_livechat_user_nickname" on app store from v10 to v12.
