Hi,


we are currently looking for an option to make the product picture a mandatory field, since we need to store images of products.

Is there a way to achieve this in odoo?

We are using: odoo v13, community edition.

Hello Paul, 

I think you have to set required = True in product image field.

Hi, thanks for the quick answer. Is this possible from the web-view?

And can I do this required = True for only some product categories? Or will it apply for all?

If you have to do required = True for only some categories then you have to pass attrs for that.
