we are currently using email accounts hosted on Active24 and are trying to connect to the Active24 SMTP server from our application. Unfortunately, the SMTP connection cannot be established — every attempt results in errors (authentication failed, SSL errors, or "name or service not known").

Could you please confirm whether SMTP connections from external applications (such as Odoo) are fully supported on your side?

If so, could you provide the correct SMTP settings and any additional requirements (ports, encryption methods, IP whitelisting, etc.) needed to successfully authenticate?

We would appreciate any guidance on how to properly configure the outgoing mail (SMTP) connection, as our current setup based on the public documentation is not working.
