Hi,

I have imported a contact.

I have imported a user linked to my contact.

I have imported a employee linked to my user.

After the employee import, a new contact has been created.

How to import employees without this creation ?

The best approach is to first create a user, automatically a contact will be created based on it. then go to the employee create form >> HR Setting notebook >> choose Related User. this way all three models are connected correctly.

Hi,

There is no way to stop system to create a contact while creating a new employee. It will be your related contact for your employee.

Thank you for the reply.
I don't know how to import the 3 entities (users, partners, employees) with External ID without creating duplicated items because they are nested. Do you have any recommendations ?
