The below module developed by hibou-io to register payment for payslips:

 When you register a payment for a payslip, you will select the payment source (Bank or Cash) and do the payment.

Enhancement: 

1- If each employee has a known payment source (bank), you can add payment source field to employee contract and select the bank (journal) and modify the above module to take the payment source from employee contract.

2- You can enhance the above module to register multi payslip payments so you will select the payslips "which you want to register payment for" from list view  and add action in action menu to register payment for all selected payslip and you will use the above created payment source field in employee contract model to create the payment.
