I have installed the all in one version of openerp 7 and I got an internal server problem: when i try to run openerp i get this error "localhost:8069" ,postgresql is well installed but i can't find it among the services,can anybody help me? thanks in advance!

I have the same situation, finally I found that I need to logon locally then install the program, I think maybe the openerp need to create local account "opensvc" for service logon. If I logon using AD then I will have the problem. Hope it help you.
