How can we create a delivery note to accompany goods during shipment by our own services?
The note should include the ordered quantity, the picked quantity, the product variant price (based on a pricelist), and the discount applied to the product. The layout should closely resemble that of an invoice.
This will allow us to verify everything during delivery before generating and sending the invoice via Peppol.
We work with V18 on SH

Thank you for the detailed requirements regarding your shipment process on Odoo V18 (SH).
Analysis of your request: You need a document that acts as a hybrid between a Delivery Slip (showing Ordered vs. Picked quantities) and an Invoice (showing Prices and Discounts), to be used for verification before the official Peppol invoice is sent.
Standard Odoo Behavior: In standard Odoo, the Delivery Note (Delivery Slip) is designed strictly for logistics. It intentionally hides financial information (Prices and Discounts) because warehouse staff or drivers typically do not handle pricing data. It only displays the product names and quantities (Ordered vs. Delivered).
The Solution: Since standard Odoo does not support printing prices/discounts on the Delivery Slip, we will need to implement a Customization for you.
We can develop a custom report template that:
Fetches Prices: Pulls the Unit Price and Discount directly from the related Sales Order lines.
Shows Quantities: Displays the "Ordered" vs. "Picked" (Done) columns.
Adjusts Layout: Redesigns the report to look exactly like your Invoice (resembling a Pro-Forma) but generated from the Delivery stage.
This will give your team the perfect document to verify the physical goods against the financial totals before finalizing the invoice.
