After a new lead/opportunity enter at CRM, need to send a email with all that information for a contact. Now only send a link/url to open that lead. It’s possible with any email template?

1. Create an automation on the stage where new lead is created.
2. Add action, update record .. you might want to first update the new lead with salesperson or followers
3. Add another action to create activity or send email or send SMS
4. Create a new email template press "/" and select dynamic placeholder
5. Include the field you wish to add to the email, in your example the description

The portal user cannot view CRM opportunities but how can a paid user can receive this information in addition to the link/url?

1-The client send information from the website.
2-This information enters the crm as a new lead.
