Why the process of close in POS delay 20 minutes to 30 minutes for 200 hundreds ?
that can be done to improve this process ?

Would you mind explain what you mean when say: 'for 200 hundreds'??
We have several installation of PoS on production and the only time that we have seen a similar issue was when there is a bad Postgresql configuration so it runs very slowly.

200 hundreds? Do you mean 200000? 200? Which server are you using?
