Alexandre Helson
CO-CEO
à Maison Dandoy
Alexandre Helson is the co-CEO of Maison Dandoy, a Belgian biscuit company founded in 1829 and passed down through seven generations of his family. After gaining experience in marketing, sales, and impact-driven entrepreneurship, he returned to lead the company with a clear mission: not just to preserve, but to regenerate — soils, ecosystems, communities, and business practices. Under his leadership, Maison Dandoy became a certified B Corp, created a Regeneration Committee where nature has a seat at the table, and embraced regenerative agriculture as a core value. Alexandre sees business as a tool for ecological transition, blending craftsmanship, responsibility, and joy, one biscuit at a time.
