Feedback from a successful ecommerce and logistics project managed with Odoo.sh 13

Legitech/Antemis is legal book publisher in Belgium and Luxembourg. They wanted to streamline their multi-companies processes of selling books, magazines and managing events.

Publishers have lots of specificities: author commissions, digital vs paper format, recurring delivery of magazines, search by author on the web store, etc.

This talk goes through the steps of organizing the project and coping with those requirements through deep challenging workshops, functional engineering and light customizations in a very short time. The project has been completely implemented in just a few months. This talk is dedicated to business owners and Odoo project leaders.
