KORYX implemented a customized Odoo environment tailored to the operational requirements of a subscription-based Internet Service Provider. As an ISP operating, SomTel needed a system that could manage its growing subscriber base, track network equipment, and ensure accurate, automated billing all within a single controlled platform.
The subscription lifecycle is fully managed within Odoo, from customer onboarding and service activation through to recurring billing, renewal, and account management. Recurring invoices are generated automatically based on subscription plans, ensuring timely billing with minimal manual intervention and a clean, auditable revenue trail. Network assets and telecom equipment, including routers, modems, and infrastructure components, are tracked in the inventory module, providing operations teams with visibility into asset allocation, stock levels, and procurement needs.
Finance and accounting workflows are configured to ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting across subscription periods, while procurement and HR modules support internal operations, vendor management, and workforce administration. The result is a centralized, efficient Odoo environment that supports SomTel's day-to-day ISP operations while providing management with real-time visibility of subscriber revenue, equipment assets, and business performance.
