We have been using the Odoo community system since 2015, but the person responsible for administration has been absent for 4 years. Since then, we have been able to change the year when creating purchase orders, but this year, 2026, it is not possible, and the system says that only the administrator has the right to make this change!
Currently, we use Odoo only for issuing purchase orders and receiving goods, then checking monthly and yearly reports. We do not use any other functions of the Odoo community system.
We would like to continue using this version until we receive options from Odoo Enterprise to upgrade or migrate, or any other solutions that can solve our issues and improve the system for the future.
