I am currently setting up POS printers using an Epson TM-m30III (ePOS, no IoT Box).
- ✅ Cashier receipt printing is working correctly
- ❌ However, when I click “Send to Kitchen”, no preparation ticket is printed
I have already checked:
- Preparation printers are configured
- Product categories are correctly assigned to each preparation printer
- Epson printer IP addresses are set
- Network connectivity is working (receipt printing confirms this)
Additional observation:
- In browser DevTools, there is no request sent to the preparation printer IP when sending orders to kitchen
Question:
- Is there any additional configuration required for preparation printers when using Epson ePOS (without IoT Box)?
- Or are preparation printers only supported via IoT Box in this setup?

All these Setup were done, and it worked for Receipt Printer.
what is not working is preparation printer when you input order and send it to kitchen to print order ticket.
Bill/Receipt can be printed
Can you please share the screenshot here? Or share logs if possible while sending order to kitchen

Since you're using a custom POS module, make sure it isn't overriding Odoo's core logic. It’s best to test the kitchen printer with the standard Odoo flow first to verify everything works correctly.
