POS - access rights for employees

Question

Hello,
Is it possible to change access rights for employees in POS?
For example when i set up some employee with minimal rights in POS settings. Can this employee also close and open session? Is it possible with any customization? Employee is not a user.

Hi, Employees with Minimal rights cannot open or close POS sessions because these actions impact cash handling and accounting, and Odoo restricts them to POS managers (Advanced rights) to ensure control and data integrity.

I’d suggest looking into a third-party app to help with this.  https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/18.0/cst_pos_user_access_rights [1]
Or other options are also available on the app store.
