Official holidays in Odoo 12

Question

How can I add official holidays to Odoo 12 'Indian Payroll' module, so that loss of pay won't be applied to employees on those days?

Navigate to Settings -> Technical -> Resources -> Working time,

Thank you. I knew I saw that option somewhere, but couldn't find it later. I was searching for it under and Leaves and Payroll modules.
