Hello, I'm looking for a CRM solution for my dance school association. Odoo seems fine to me, but after several days of trying, some things remain impossible.

Here's what I need:

  - A website, with info page, contact page, photo galleries and shop memberships

  - A ticketing system with registration, online payment and barcode scanning

  - Simplified accounting if possible (Odoo is too much for our association)

  - Memberships/memberships; account for connection to members' area, management of several students with their memberships and invoices from the same area

  - Signing of image rights & regulations on registration, checkboxes or custom fields, which would be in the contact info (We need to be able to filter all contacts and see those who have refused image rights, for example).

  - Membership renewal system 1 month before registrations (The idea is to give members earlier access to the shop than non-member visitors).

  - Mailing and SMS for a certain group of students (e.g. Classical 8-11 years)

- Membership by dance category, then with options (e.g. Shop --> Contemporary --> Adult beginners, or 13-14 years)

  - Mail sent automatically, among them: an alert when a student's card is not debited, notifying the office and the student.

  - Online payment by direct debit OR cheque in person

A few details:

  - It should be possible to renew on the current type of dance, but also on others, the idea being to give access to the shop to members who are already members.

  - I tried to use the addresses to create students: how can the member delete them? There's a "+" button, but no way to delete an address. And is it possible for a member who has an account with pupils (his children, in this case address files) to delete them from "My account --> My addresses"?

That he doesn't have to go through a purchase process, then click on "Select an address" and finally modify one?

Another question;

  - Aren't there any commissions on online payments?

  - How can I change the shopping cart and account icons on the site?
