Odoo 16 add custom button next to create button in tree view

Question

hi, in odoo 16 I have my model "prouduct.supplierinfo" tree view, I want to add custom button name "import vendor rates" after create button, I already do this in odoo 14 but in odoo 16 it can't works. I am using odoo 16 community version
