I have a third-party module that works fine on the Staging branch on odoo sh but not on production.
Both have the same code and database.
what could be the problem?

Hi,
You have to check log to see the reason for the failure ? Any dependency or requirement missing in the main branch ?
Share the details from the log and make sure the app is not conflicting with any existing apps
