We want to use Accounting and Social Marketing as Enterprise apps and the rest of the apps as community version. The version which we are looking for is the latest i.e. ver 15.
I tried to google and also search the forum but was unable to find a relevant response for our requirement.
Please would like to know if it is possible and if yes, how can I achieve that. Any documentation in that regard with really be helpful.

There are two editions of Odoo.
Community - all apps are free.
Enterprise - all apps are subscription based.
You can't mix the two - you become either a User of the Community Edition and those apps, or you become a paying subscriber of the Enterprise Edition and those apps.
Note that some apps are the same between editions, but with Enterprise there are either additional features in those apps, or additional apps entirely.

does that mean that if I purchase Accounting and Studio app subscription, I cannot use the community apps which are free.
I will be really surprised if that is the case and would like to know than the reason of stating Odoo as free. It is very obvious that if someone is opting for Odoo it will not be fore two or three apps. It will be definitely more than that as than only the whole business logic will fell in place.
Yes it means that if you purchase Accounting and Studio then those are the only Apps you can use. If you want everything free you use the Community edition. You cannot mix and match which edition you use.
