Mise en place Whatsapp Business API dans Odoo

Bonjour à tous,

Nous utilisons actuellement Odoo Enterprise Online pour la gestion de notre CRM.

Nous aimerions connecter nos comptes Meta afin de centraliser directement dans Odoo :

  • Les messages WhatsApp

  • Les messages Messenger

  • Les messages Instagram

  • Les appels via WhatsApp Business API

  • Les appels Messenger

👉 Notre besoin le plus urgent concerne les appels WhatsApp Business.

Nous souhaiterions pouvoir :

  • Recevoir les appels WhatsApp business API directement dans Odoo

  • Mettre en place un pré-décrochage (message d’accueil automatique)

  • Configurer une musique d’attente

  • Faire sonner les ordinateurs connectés à Odoo de nos télévendeurs

  • Enregistrer automatiquement un compte rendu d’appel dans la fiche prospect/client (agent ayant pris l’appel, date, durée, et idéalement un résumé de l’échange)

Ma question est la suivante :

  • Est-ce techniquement possible avec Odoo Enterprise Online (version SaaS) ?

  • Est-ce faisable via la configuration standard ou nécessite-t-on obligatoirement un développement spécifique ?

  • Peut-on le mettre en place soi-même ou faut-il passer par un développeur / intégrateur ?

  • Si certains ont déjà mis en place ce type d’intégration, pourriez-vous partager votre retour d’expérience ?

Hello Lydie,
I hope you are doing well

WhatsApp Business API does NOT support voice/video calls - only text messaging. So the core request (receiving calls, hold music, greetings, call logging via WhatsApp) is impossible.      
                  
What to do instead:
- For WhatsApp messaging: Odoo 17/18 has a native WhatsApp module — standard config, no dev needed.
- For calls: Use Odoo VoIP module + a SIP provider (e.g., Axivox, Asterisk) — this gives call popups, logging, hold music, IVR.
- For Messenger/Instagram: Third-party connectors or custom dev needed.
- Custom development required.
