Is it possible to replenish products by the Product's Vendor settings instead of to the Product's Max settings?
For example:
- I always order a Product per Pallet of 300 pieces.
- So, in the Product's Purchase-tab I've set a Vendor (line) for 1 Pallet of 300 pieces.
- I've set the Product's Quantities Min to 300 and the Max to 600.
- When I have only 298 pieces of this Product it orders to the max of 600, so it orders 302 pieces.
How can I set it so it orders only 1 Pallet of 300 pieces?
1.Create a Unit of measure Pallet as 300 units
Inventory > Configuration > Units & Packaging
2. On the product purchase tab set the vendor, price, lead time and qty in pallets (in your example it would be 1 Pallet)
3. On the replenishment screen update the replenishment multiple to Pallet
