hello am using multi-company

each child company has deferent Vendors.

so when am importing from the child company the vendors its give this error

Unknown error during import: <class 'odoo.exceptions.AccessError'>: The requested operation cannot be completed due to security restrictions. Please contact your system administrator. (Document type: res.partner, Operation: read) at row 2


any one can help me with this ??

Hello Leen,

As you are associating Company to vendors hope you are using the Company id field correctly while importing. You should be using the external id of the company which you want the associate the particular vendor with on every record of in the column company_id/id. If not you might have to correct it accordingly.

i check it its correct

also tired it import form administrator too, but the vendors are not visible on child company
