How to group records by field on a kanban view only for one company and not the other.

Use the Odoo Filter option down to the search option for this (top right corner).
Add Custom Filter
Filter - Contains/Equal to - "Your Company Name"
And Save this in Favorites. It can be used whenever you want to see that particular company.
