Impacted versions: 17

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the Employee App
2. Configuration -> Contracts -> Templates
3. Create a New Contract Template
4. Create a New Contract Document Template

A new pop-up window will appear with the title "Create New Contract Document Template"
On this pop up the document upload button is missing under the document tab.

Current behaviour:
Upload Your File button is missing in the Document Tab.

Expected behaviour:
The user must be able to upload the contract template file
