I am using Odoo Point of Sale (V19) and have run into an issue when selling multiple physical gift cards in a single order.
My Setup:
I have a Gift Card program configured.
I have a "Gift Card" product linked to this program.
I have pre-printed physical cards with my own unique sequences/barcodes.
The Problem: When I sell a gift card, I scan/enter the code and it works perfectly. However, if I try to add a second gift card to the same order, Odoo merges the two lines into one (Quantity: 2). Because they are merged, I cannot input a unique code for the second card.
Currently, I have to manually add a "Note" to separate them, but this is not a sustainable workflow.
Question: Is there a configuration setting to "Allow Duplicate Lines" or prevent the "Merge Lines" behavior specifically for Gift Card products in POS? I need each gift card to remain as a separate line item so I can assign unique codes to each.
