Hello everyone,
I’m trying to add images for a specific product variant in Inventory → Product Variants → (specific variant). The goal is to have images that belong only to that particular variant.
However, when I add images in the eCommerce images section, they become visible for all other variants of the same product as well.
Is there a quick or recommended solution to ensure that images are displayed only for the selected variant and not shared across all variants?

In standard Odoo, the images added under the eCommerce image gallery are stored at the product template level, which means they are shared across all variants of that product. This is why the images appear for every variant.
By default, Odoo only supports one main image per variant, but not multiple gallery images per variant.
If you need multiple images specific to each variant, the typical approaches are:
Customizing the website product page to filter images based on the selected variant, or
Using a custom module that supports variant-level image galleries.
