In One of my Delivery Order, product move status shows as cancelled and its effect is not reflected in the stock quantity or stock move section.
In this below mentioned Delivery Order it has 5 products.
1 of 5 Product Stock move status is done and 4 of 5 Stock moves status is cancelled. As shown in image.


This happened in the live environment and have no idea why did this happened. The product demand and done qty matches. Delivery Order​ status is also done, Sales Order status is also done.

What would have caused the 4 products to go into cancelled state ?

Insufficient Stock: There might not have been enough stock available in the source location to fulfill the delivery order for some of the products. This could happen if the available quantity was reserved for other orders or if there was an error in the stock calculation.

when quantity is unreserved and you create a delivery order(validate transfer) without set qty then stock didnt deducted.

i sold a product but cancelled the delivery, so the product is still showing 1 on hand. how can i change the status of the delivery from cancelled back to waiting availability ? or how can i change the quantity from 1 to zero in stock ?
