The company buys whole chickens, and depending on demand they can be sold as whole chicken or processed as chicken wings, chicken breast, chicken leg, etc. How could I do this operation in Odoo so as not to lose inventory control or purchase costs.

Use the manufacturing app with By-products enabled. Create Chicken breast as the product, wings, legs etc as by-products. Whole chicken as the raw material
